A physical examination helps ensure your child can participate in school, sports or camp without endangering himself or others. Your pediatrician at Novant Health Waughtown Pediatrics can perform an examination and complete forms required for these activities. Bring your forms with you on the day of your visit.

Ask your pediatrician if school, sports and camp physicals can be performed during the same visit as your child's annual checkup. During your visit, you also can ask about specific concerns over your child's health.
